St George Christ University - Canterbury

The old cylinder cupboards at Canterbury University were removed and replaced with a like-for-like installation, featuring separate HIU and cylinder units. The project was successfully completed within five weeks over the summer holidays, taking advantage of the building's vacancy during that period.

Glengal Road - Peckham

The project involves 170 apartments ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms. Our scope of work includes completing the 1st and 2nd fix domestic hot and cold pipework, connecting to HIU pods, bathroom pods, ensuite pods, and kitchen sinks.

Grand Hotel Brighton - Ongoing works

Spa Refurb - Still in process. Due to finish April 2025

MOD Barracks -

This project involved accommodation and amenities rooms for the Ministry of Defence in Kent. We installed new copper pipework for the heating system, as well as hot and cold domestic pipework for all appliances. The work was completed with the 2nd fix installation of radiators and sanitary ware.

Bibb Way, Ipswich - Ongoing works

Ignite was proud to complete the refurbishment of a former office block, transforming it into 78 modern flats in the heart of Ipswich. Our team successfully delivered the first fix, including bathroom pre-plumbs, as well as the second fix. We also installed Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) cylinders, sanitaryware, baths, and kitchens, ensuring a high-quality finish throughout.

Gallions Reach 3b, Beckton

Consisting of 238 flats, this project was one of our largest to date, and Ignite was proud to be a key part of it. Our scope included the complete internal installations for all flats, covering first fix, second fix, and final fittings throughout the entire development.

1 Carnaby Street - Ongoing

Job involved removing the existing cylinder and installing under-sink water heaters to maximize cupboard space as part of a shop refurbishment. Additionally, since the kitchen is being relocated, both first-fix and second-fix plumbing work was required for the new kitchen sink.

Glyn Street - Vauxhall

Contract consisted of changing 69x HIU units in occupied apartments, along with power flushing of the system.
